Very early start this morning as I needed to set up three simultaneous systems for three in person meetings with external participants joining via Zoom. Arriving on site at 6am, we were Integrating into the venues own projector and screen in each room. We linked a single camera to a Zoom enabled laptop, and added some radio microphones and a sound card to a suitable sound system.
Rinse and repeat.
Made a test call to check both audio and video in each of the rooms before 9am, and we were comfortably ready for the event to start at 10:30
Once the client was happily up and running in all three rooms, I could relax in the lounge over a very very strong coffee, ready to pounce in case of any technical issues.
Ill be checking battery levels in the radio systems at lunchtime, and obviously as soon as its all over, it needs taking down.
